Platform for Christopher Feeney, running for Senior Class President.
A class with such potential and integrity as the class of 2009 deserves someone to lead them not only with an open mind, but with open ears as well; a President that doesn't just listen, but who sympathizes with their wants and needs. The class of 2009 deserves someone who takes initiative, and is willing to put all of their energies into making our Loyola experience the best possible; someone who is not afraid to take the next step, who will take advantage of every possible outlet for improvement. The class of 2009 deserves someone who is honest, hardworking, innovative, and approachable. The class of 2009 deserves Christopher Feeney.
The President of our diverse and multi-layered class must be someone who has a wide range of passions and many layers himself. As a member of the SGA Assembly for two year, I've witnessed first-hand the opportunities that Loyola College offers its students, and with my experience, I know that our class is capable of taking advantage of all of those opportunities and how to make that happen.
As I sit at my computer and go over in my head all of the ideas I have for our senior year, I find it boring to list all of the events that I have in store; besides, the class shouldn't be voting on the ideas that the candidate has, but the candidate's ability to turn those ideas into actions. Chris Feeney has that ability. The Class President's purpose is to lead the class in all areas of a true Loyola experience: socially, academically, spiritually, and serving the community here and around us. Thus, the Class President has to have experience, interest, and capability in those areas. Chris Feeney does. By strengthening and supporting the social, academic, spiritual, and athletic sides of the Loyola experience, we will be making the most of the year we have ahead of us.
??Make the most of it; get what you deserve; vote for Chris Feeney.
